The Community Transport Project (Hammersmith & Fulham)

We provide a not for profit pooled group transport hire resource for bona-fide community groups in Hammersmith & Fulham in order to prevent social exclusion and enhance the quality of life for the residents of the borough. Our aim is to enable socially disadvantaged groups to engage in services, social activities, network with other community organisations, travel throughout the UK, have easy access to readily available affordable and fully maintained self drive vehicles and prevent traffic congestion.
We also provide information, expertise and training in transport issues.

We are a local voluntary organisation part-funded by the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, The Community Fund and Bridge House Trust Fund.
HFCTP is a Registered Charity No. 1023825, a Company Limited by Guarantee No. 2076766 and registered for VAT No. 466 449 315.
