you are not satisfied with the response or are still unhappy with the
service that CTP or its staff provide, please write giving full details
to the:
Chair of the Management Committee

If the chair cannot resolve the issue then it will be put before the next management committee meeting who will subsequently respond in writing within 28 days of the meeting.
