How to join

If you are a bona-fide community group or voluntary organisation based in Hammersmith & Fulham, or your group benefits people based in the borough, then you can affiliate. Affiliations start from 1st of April until 31st of March the following year.

You will not be able to book a vehicle until your group is affiliated. Groups must affiliate individually. Membership will not be accepted from umbrella organisations.

If your group wishes to join then you should complete all sections of our affiliation form and return them with the appropriate fee. Cheques should be made payable to the Hammersmith & Fulham Community Transport Project.

Please read all of the enclosed information and ensure that your drivers are familiar with the contents and any of the items, which concern them directly before booking a vehicle.
