Vehicle Hire Charges from 1st April 2006 - 31st March 2007

Affiliation Fee: £130 [Membership runs from April to March]

Buses up to 16 passenger seats
Daily Charge: £20
Mileage: 75p per mile for first 25 miles then 70p for each further mile.

Booking Charge for each 24 hours or part of = £20
The minimum charge per booking for up to 24 hours will be:
25 miles@ 75p = £18.75 plus booking charge of £20 = £38.75.

Goods Van
Daily Charge: £7
Mileage: 75p per mile for first 25 miles then 70p for each further mile.

Booking charge for each 24 hours or part of = £7
The minimum charge per booking for up to 24 hours will be:
25 miles @ 75p =£18.75 + £7 = £25.75 plus VAT.

All bookings over 24 hours will be subject to a minimum daily charge of 60 miles per 24 hours or part of it.

Driver's Assessment
Standard training is £50 per person and Accessible training is £60 per person. Both courses include a handbook and a 4 year MIDAS Driving Certificate.

All the above charges include fuel costs.
