Bookings

• Buses can be hired for up to 14 days at any one time. For periods longer than this groups should write to the management committee for their consideration.
  
• Bookings of up to 3 days can be made on an unrestricted basis at any time. This means that a regular booking (for example every Friday evening) can be made for up to three months in advance.
  
• We will not accept bookings left on the answer phone.
  
• We will not accept bookings from anyone other than the named contact.
  
• We will not book the vehicle to organisations that breach our credit terms.
  
• We will not provide written confirmation of bookings.
  
• Bookings made for 3 or more consecutive days will be charged a minimum of 25 miles per day.
  
• All groups can book a vehicle up to three months in advance from the first working day of the month, for example, from the 1st of April we will be taking bookings for the whole of June.
  
• Regular bookings must be confirmed at the beginning of the booking period, as none will be carried over.
