Vehicle Hire Charges from 1st April 2006 - 31st March 2007

Affiliation Fee: £55 [Membership runs from April to March]

Buses up to 17 seats
Daily Charge: £5
Mileage: 75p per mile for first 25 miles then 70p for each further mile.

Booking Charge for each 24 hours or part of = £5
The minimum charge per booking for up to 24 hours will be:
25 miles@ 75p = £18.75 plus booking charge of £5 = £23.75.

Goods Van
Daily Charge: £5
Mileage: 65p per mile for first 25 miles then 55p for each further mile.

Booking charge for each 24 hours or part of = £5
The minimum charge per booking for up to 24 hours will be:
25 miles @ 65p =£16.25 + £5 = £21.25 plus VAT.

All bookings over 24 hours will be subject to a minimum daily charge of 60 miles per 24 hours or part of it.

Driver's Assessment
Standard training is £50 per person and Accessible training is £60 per person. Both courses include a handbook and a 4 year MIDAS Driving Certificate.

Non-Members standard training is £60 and accessible training is £70.

Driver assessments are free to representatives from Elderly groups and their Carers, BME and Refugee groups who join the scheme between 1 October 2003 to 30 september 2006.
Free assessments are also available to volunteer drivers who are willing to give time to driving for other community groups.

All the above charges include fuel costs.
