Volunteer Drivers

If you are unable to provide a driver from within your own group we will endeavour to find a volunteer driver.
However, we cannot always guarantee to find a driver but we will do our best.

But please note the following:
If we find a volunteer driver for your group then you should pay an amount for expenses and travel costs. Your group must give this amount directly to the driver.

However, we would still ask you to:

• Make sure they feel welcome and include them in your group’s activities.
  
• Do not expect them to act as an escort for your group. Their job is to drive you safely to and from your destination. You should also provide a navigator.
  
• Furthermore, in the case of damage to a vehicle or a parking fine it is your group, not the volunteer driver, who is responsible for any charge or insurance excess if applicable.
